I offer just one comprehensive strength coaching service—no confusing tiers or upsells—because I believe focused, individualized attention is what drives real progress. You’ll begin with a free 30–60 minute consultation and smooth onboarding process, followed by a fully personalized strength program built around your goals—whether that’s endurance support, injury prevention, hypertrophy, or pure strength. Your plan is delivered weekly, adapted to your training schedule, sport, and lifestyle through Google Sheets. Detailed feedback on every session so you understand the purpose behind each lift, and truly unlimited support via email or text, plus unlimited plan adjustments to keep you progressing safely, effectively, and with confidence.
And if you're already working with me for ultrarunning coaching, strength training is included—no extra charge. It’s part of the full package to support your performance and durability. Ultrarunning athletes will recieve their strength training via their included premium TrainingPeaks accounts.
