I prioritize the right kind of strength at the right time—complementing endurance training, supporting athletic longevity, and targeting weaknesses without compromising overall performance. My approach balances load, intensity, and recovery to ensure sustainable progress and injury prevention.

A UESCA-certified ultrarunning coach has been trained specifically to help people run ultra-distance races safely and effectively. It is the only certifiecation of it's kind that gives the coach the knowldege how to build smart training plans, avoid injuries, and prepare for the physical and mental challenges of long races.
