Online Coaching
Online coaching provides scienced based personalized training programs tailored to the goals of each client. Our training programs are provided online using Google Sheets, so you can receive training anywhere. The program is structured with periodization, dividing the entire training period into several short-term periods, gradually improving your abilities toward your goal. In addition, gradually increasing the training volume gives you a sense of rhythm and allows you to train without getting injured. I will analyze, evaluate, and give advice on your daily training, so you can concentrate on your training without losing motivation.
