Shioyaki Salmon

Our third recipe is commonly eaten for breakfast in Japan. One of the Japanese favorites is shioyaki salmon. Best served with rice, miso soup, and a light salad. But still great by itself. Even if you have never cooked Japanese food before this is an easy dish to make.
