NEW SERIES: Mukimuki Recipes

Starting December 19th, Mukimuki Clothing will start a new series called Mukimuki Recipes. Yes. A very original name. A new recipe will be released every two weeks on Thursday (JST). These recipes will focus on being healthy seasonal options great for building muscle. Most of these recipes will follow what's in season in Japan at the time and use Japanese ingredients but even if you don't live in Japan these ingredients can be found in most major supermarkets or Asian specialty markets.
We are no Masaharu Morimoto so don't worry about the recipes being too difficult. They will be easy to follow and have plenty of variety such as bulking meals, 5 minutes or less, contest prep dishes, soups, sandwiches, desserts, and other surprises.
