Most Grips Review

Most Grips are a great addition to any gym bag, especially if you're looking to improve your pull-up game or add neutral grip exercises to your routine.

What I liked:

  • Versatility: These grips allow you to switch up your grip on pull-ups and other exercises, which can help target different muscle groups and prevent overuse injuries.
  • Comfort: The material is comfortable to grip, even during high-rep sets. I wear a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, and I am sure many other watch users have had a similar problem but traditional handles come in contact with my watch, the metal-on-metal contact can cause damage to the watch and even the strap handles with tube handles make for an uncomfortable experience by pushing the watch down into my wrist. Most Grips don't come in contact with my watch.
  • Durability: Most Grips are made to last. I've had mine for years now and they've held up perfectly.
  • Affordability: Compared to buying new bars with different grip options, Most Grips are a very cost-effective solution at less than 2200 yen. They are cheap enough I am thinking about buying another pair so I can dedicate it to a piece of equipment without having to move them.

Who are they for?

  • Beginners: Most Grips can make pull-ups more accessible if you're struggling with a traditional grip.
  • Experienced lifters: If you're looking to add variety to your workouts or challenge yourself with new grip positions, Most Grips are a great tool.
  • Anyone who wants to avoid overuse injuries: Switching up your grip can help prevent imbalances and overuse injuries, making these grips a good choice for anyone who trains regularly.

Overall:

I highly recommend Most Grips to anyone who's serious about their training. They're a versatile, affordable, and durable tool that can help you achieve your fitness goals.
