Kinako Protein Shake

Kinako is roasted soybean powder. It's considered a Japanese superfood because it packs lots of nutrients. It has a nutty taste that is light similar to powdered peanut butter. It's easy to add it to a shake.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

3 tbsp Kinako powder
1 serving protein powder
1 banana
400 ml of Almond milk
Pinch of cinnamon

Calories 436 Protein 37.5 Carbs 34 Fat 11.9


Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is well blended! Vanilla or Chocolate protein power works best.
