Ultrarunning Coaching

Whether you're training for your first ultra or a podium finish, your journey deserves a plan as relentless as you are. I have been coaching since 2016 after I finished competing nationally and internationally in sprinting (the opposite of ultrarunning) but my love has always been for long distances, especially the science. I ran and completed my first 100 mile in 2020 and have completed several FKT's since then. I believe in combining science-backed and personalized training, race-specific strategies, and strength training to go the distance. I'll help you train smarter, build endurance, and develop the strength and strategy to excel on race day.
